What happens if the weather is bad?Island weather can me temperamental so if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can assist with rescheduling your picnic to a different date or location, depending on availability. We can also set up your picnic indoors if requested. If rescheduling isn’t possible due to bad weather, you won’t be charged for the service. However, if you decide to proceed with your picnic and bad weather occurs during your event, no refund will be issued.

How does a PIKNIQ Work?Booked? Wonderful! Once confirmed, you'll receive a precise location one hour before your reservation, guiding you to your beautifully curated beach setup. To ensure everything stays fresh and perfectly timed, please notify us 15 minutes before your arrival. When you arrive, your seaside escape will be ready and waiting for you to unwind and enjoy the beach breeze. And when you're ready to depart, simply let us know 30 minutes before, and we’ll take care of the cleanup.

HOW LONG IS THE PICNIC?Our picnics are typically set for a duration of 3 hours. We kindly ask that you text us 30 minutes before you plan to depart so we can arrange for the cleanup. If you'd like to extend your time, we’d be happy to accommodate—just let us know!

can we bring our own food?Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own favorite foods to enhance your experience and make it even more special. Each picnic package includes delicious local bakery treats and refreshing citrus-infused beverages, so you'll have some tasty options to enjoy. And don’t forget—our food concierge service is available! You can easily add it to your reservation, allowing you to have a customized meal ordered and delivered directly to your setup at the scheduled time, so everything arrives at once, ready to enjoy. *All alcohol orders require a valid photo ID. Guests must be 18 years or older.*

What if an item is damaged or stolen?Clients are tasked with ensuring the protection of the equipment from theft, damage, or any form of vandalism. If any equipment is lost or damaged, the client will be responsible for covering the total cost of repairs or replacement. Typical wear, such as dirt from shoes or the occasional spill, is considered normal and will not result in any charges.

Can I drink alcohol during my picnic?Can I drink alcohol during my picnic? Yes, you’re welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages at your picnic! Please note that a valid photo ID is required for anyone consuming alcohol, and all guests must be 18 or older. BYOB is also always an option.

what if I need to cancel?we request that any cancelations be If we need to cancel your picnic, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and/or any charges paid. There is no fee for rescheduling your picnic. However, rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and are subject to availability. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 24 hours and should be recieved within 5-7 business days
